PRORUNNERS at RUNMAGEDDON – A Test of Strength and Character
On last Saturday, our PRORUNNERS team, faced a significant challenge by participating in edition of RUNMAGEDDON. The race was an exceptional test of our determination and endurance. Its main slogan, "RUNMAGEDDON Strength and Character," perfectly described what we experienced on the course.
RUNMAGEDDON is not just a normal race – it’s a fight with one's own weaknesses, both physical and mental. Strength and character are essential here. Simply signing up for the race requires courage and a bit of madness, and that's just the beginning. The real test begins on the running route, where willpower and determination are crucial.
PROMAR RUN II Zawiercie Run is behind us!
On May 26, 2024, the streets of Zawiercie were filled with participants of PROMAR RUN II Zawiercie Run. Nearly 300 runners took part in the competition, covering distances of 5 and 10 kilometers.
The organizers of the event were OSIR [Sports and Recreation Center] in Zawiercie and the "Warto Biegać" Sports Group. Our company, PROMAR, had the honor of being the title patron of this event, and the name of the race - PROMAR RUN - to our pride, gained recognition among participants and fans.

We’re glad to inform that we have become a sponsor of the Interschool Sports Club "Dwójka Zawiercie", where young and ambitious girls train volleyball.
The ceremonial signing of the agreement took place on March 28, 2024 at the headquarters of PROMAR in Zawiercie, in the presence of our Management Board and Club Representatives, including President Grzegorz Trepka and Vice-President Iwona Kleszcz. We also had the pleasure of meeting the interested ones - young volleyball players who represented the team. To celebrate this unique partnership, our Management Board played a short game with the girls. However, let its result remain a secret.

Polish Easter Tradition
In Poland, Easter is a time to meet with family at a festive table. Traditional dishes reflect local flavors and cultural heritage. Eggs - a symbol of rebirth - reign supreme on the tables, as they are an integral part of most Easter dishes. No less popular are horseradish, watercress, żurek [sour rye soup] with sausage, and cakes, such as mazurek or babka. However, our culinary wealth, is definitely more diverse and surprising depending on the region.

Ocean of Fish Diversity: taste, shape, texture and colour.
Fish are an extremely important part of the diet of people all around the world. On average, 24.4 kg of fish or seafood is being consumed per citizen in the EU each year. The most of them are being consumed by the Portuguese (an average of 57 kg per person) and the Spanish (an average of 46 kg per person). In turn, the average Pole consumes over 12 kg of fish and seafood per year, mainly pollock fish, herring and mackerel. New combinations of shapes, textures and colours in fish dishes tempt not only the palate, but also delight the senses. In addition to being rich in nutrients, fish can provide unforgettable culinary and aesthetic experiences thanks to the various ways of preparing them.
Canned fish: old – new trend straight from TikTok!
Another TikTok trend is the canning board. This is nothing more than a new variation of the popular cheese or cold cuts board, which uses canned fish instead. Modern flavors dominate the canning boards, such as mackerel with jalapeño, smoked crustaceans with habanero and lemon pepper, or octopus in olive oil. There are many possibilities to create such a board. All you need is a bit of imagination and an appetite for new flavors!

Black garlic is a mysterious ingredient in the cuisine, originating from the Asian tradition, which is becoming more and more popular due to its health properties and extraordinary taste. Can you combine sport rivalry with an honourable cause? Sure you CAN! That was precisely the goal of Poland Business Run – a business charity relay race, in which we took part on September 3rd in Krakow’s Błonie. It was the 12th edition of the wonderful event.

The sachets that are offered by us might be of any size and weight. For liquid products, we may offer sizes from S to XXL with a maximum width of 100 mm and a length of 120 mm. Gęsi Pipek is an absolute hit at the Polish festivals and culinary fairs. It is prepared according to traditional recipes; goose meat attracts crowds of food lovers, e.g. at the regional festival in Lelów (Silesian Voivodeship), which is dedicated to Polish and Jewish culture. At the event, guests can try traditional flavors such as Ciulim, Czulent and, of course, Gęsi Pipek. These are the three most famous dishes that proudly present the richness of the Jewish culinary tradition.
HOT TREND 2023 From Tik Tok - A BOARD OF BUTTER as an unusual starter
The butter board premiered on social media in September 2022. On her culinary TikTok, American Justine Doiron published a video in which, inspired by the cooking of chef Joshua McFadden, she demonstrates the preparation of her own board. The blogger spread the soft butter aesthetically on a wooden board, and added lemon, onion, honey, fresh herbs and flowers. The prepared unusual appetiser in Doiron's video is tasted with a slice of fresh bread. This TikTok video reached a large audience, gaining 1.1 million likes! What's more, the name 'butterboard' on TikTok currently has over 518.2 million views!
