This year we focus on running at an intense pace! We are taking part in three exciting running events, each of them unique in its own way.

PROMAR Run II Zawiercie Run
On May 26, we are running a 10 km race in Zawiercie, of which we have the honor of being the Title Patron. PROMAR Run II Zawiercie Run is an event that will certainly attract many running enthusiasts. For us, it is not only an opportunity to test our strength, but also to support the local community and promote a healthy lifestyle.

RUNMAGEDDON - held in Katowice on one of the most demanding locations in the season – coal mine areas – Kostuchna Mine Dump. RUNMAGEDDON is an extremely demanding race that tests the limits of human endurance and determination. Participants must overcome numerous obstacles, from muddy trails to precipitous climbs, requiring both physical and mental strength. The philosophy of this event is based on overcoming one's own weaknesses and leaving the comfort zone, which fits perfectly into the spirit of our company PROMAR.

On June 8, there is a real challenge awaiting us- an extreme 6 km run with 30 obstacles in the mine area in Katowice. This will be a real test of our endurance, strength and determination. The obstacles will require not only excellent physical condition, but also courage and team support. Are we ready? Of course we are!

Poland Business Run in Cracow
Poland Business Run in Cracow is a unique event that combines sport with charity activities. This relay run is addressed to companies and its goal is to support people with disabilities and amputees, enabling them to return to active life.
On September 8, our two teams will proudly run in this extraordinary race in which team play and team support are key. Together we run to change the world for the better and inspire others to act.

Running keeps our body and mind healthy

Running is not only a great way to improve your physical condition, but also an excellent way to take care of the health of your heart and circulatory system. Regular running helps lower blood pressure, improves lung function, and strengthens muscles and joints. Moreover, it reduces stress, improves mood and helps fight depression. There is nothing better than the feeling of satisfaction after a successful workout or completed run!
