At PROMAR, we strive to keep up to date with all the latest news.  We inquisitively follow market trends, draw inspiration from travelling the world and systematically analyse market research from the world's largest intelligence agencies. In addition, we carefully search the Internet for news, meticulously verifying the provided information in several sources. 

At the beginning of each year, based on a detailed analysis, our Development Department creates an offer of marinades, seasoning mixes and brines for barbecue products. The products are subjected to many sensory tests, as well as being modified and refined so that the final product meets the expectations of our consumers.

By focusing on understanding the consumers’ needs, studying their behaviour and attitudes, valuable information can be extracted. This is why, in today's world, the consumer is a key aspect influencing the direction of companies, new products and services.

During product evaluations, we present to our clients products that go through a vetting process on several levels.   

In order to make sure that our GRILL 2024 offer is fully refined this year, we decided to involve PROMAR employees and conduct a consumer survey on ourselves. Our team is our most important asset, and thanks to the diversity of our employees' culinary tastes, we were able to select the TOP TASTES for the GRILL 2024 season.

In spring, our employees turned into critical consumers and our Taste Academy became a bustling tasting area. The R&D department prepared 21 products, which were evaluated by our employees. In total, we involved 150 people!

In addition to evaluating the products and filling in the sheets, the time spent testing was a great opportunity for us to integrate a little. The common goal and commitment made it a time we will remember as special, based on cooperation and teamwork.
