PROMAR at the FORUM Meat Technologies 2022 technology conference

One of the most important meat industry events of the year is behind us. On 21-23 November, we had the honour of taking part in the FORUM Meat Technologies 2022 technology conference, which took place at the Żnin Hotel ‘Cukrownia Żnin’.  

The unique, historic place that is the post-industrial Hotel in Żnin was our November discussion centre. The conference topics focused on the most important industry areas: technological innovations, energy security, cost optimisation and the impact of modern technologies on the profitability of production. 

The conference was attended by about 350 people, including executives from the meat, poultry and fish industries, people responsible for development and investment in companies, as well as people from the scientific community, who gave a total of 35 lectures . 

The Forum's technology conference culminated in a gala event. It was during it that the winners of the EAGLES 2022 award were presented. The editors of the magazines MIĘSNE TECHNOLOGIE and RYBNE TECHNOLOGIE (MEAT TECHNOLOGY and FISH TECHNOLOGY) awarded 13 companies and 15 persons merited for the industry. PROMAR was also among the honoured.  

President of PROMAR PPH Sp. z o.o. Andrzej Marchewka received an Eagle in the People of the Industry - Achievements category "In recognition of over 30 years of active contribution to the integration of the meat industry, building a modern food additives production plant in Zawiercie and taking bold challenges to ensure the continuation of the further development of the Promar Company." 

In addition, PROMAR PPH Sp. Z o.o. was honoured in the category of Investment of the Year 2022 "for the construction of a modern allergen-free production department, where the highest hygiene conditions will be maintained including airlocks." 

We are proud that PROMAR can be a part of such an amazing event as the Forum Meat Technology. It is a great time that allows us to shape the development direction of the industry, as well as an opportunity to establish and improve business contacts.
